Understand storage quotas, upload limits, and account status.
Storage quota
Your plan includes a fixed storage limit (shown in MB on the client area dashboard), for example 2048 MB or 5120 MB depending on product tier.
The dashboard shows:
- Storage used (MB and percentage)
- Image count
- Progress bar toward your limit
Upload limit
- Maximum 50 MB per single file
- Allowed types: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, BMP, SVG, ICO, AVIF
When storage is full
New uploads are rejected until you delete images from the gallery or upgrade your plan (if available).
Use Delete selected or Clear all images in the client area to free space.
Account status
| Status | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| active | Uploads and ShareX work |
| pending | Wait for provisioning to finish |
| suspended | Uploads disabled — check billing |
API key security
The API key grants upload access to your account. Do not share it in public Discord channels or commit it to Git.
Deletion
Deleting images is permanent. URLs embedded in old forum posts or configs will 404.
