Image Hosting (CDN) — ShareX Setup
Upload screenshots directly to Image Hosting (CDN) from ShareX on Windows.
Steps
- Open your Image Hosting (CDN) service in the client area
- Click Download ShareX config (
nexus-cdn.sxcu) - In ShareX: Destinations → Custom uploader destinations → Import
- Select the downloaded
.sxcufile (or drag it into ShareX) - Set Image Hosting (CDN) as your default image uploader
- Capture a region — the CDN URL is copied to your clipboard automatically
API key
The ShareX config embeds your per-account API key. Regenerate or contact support if the key is compromised.
- View or copy the key in the client area API key section
- Keep it private — anyone with the key can upload to your account
Supported formats
PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, BMP, SVG, ICO, AVIF — max 50 MB per upload.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Upload fails | Check service status is active; verify storage not full |
| 401 / auth error | Re-download ShareX config after key rotation |
| URL not copied | ShareX → After capture tasks → enable Copy URL to clipboard |
Gallery
All ShareX uploads appear in the client area gallery with slug, URL, size, and date. Delete individual images or clear all from there.
