Nexus Discord Bot — Control Panel

Manage your bot at https://discord.nexus-cloud.uk after linking your server and inviting the bot.

Signing in

1. Click Open Control Panel from the WHMCS client area, or go to discord.nexus-cloud.uk directly
2. Authorize with Discord — same account that linked the server
3. Select your guild if prompted

Panel sections

Configuration is organized by module. Typical areas include:

• General — server-specific toggles and branding
• Tickets — support categories, staff roles, transcripts
• Applications — staff/recruitment forms and review workflow
• Welcome — join messages and embeds
• Suggestions — community suggestion channels
• Dev escalation — developer alert routing (where enabled)

Exact options depend on your plan and enabled modules.

Saving changes

Most settings apply after you click Save in the panel. Some slash commands may need a minute to refresh globally.

Permissions in Discord

The bot needs channel access for features you enable:

• Create/read channels for tickets
• Send messages and embeds in welcome/suggestion channels
• Manage roles only if your configuration uses role assignment

Keep the bot’s role above roles it must assign.

Billing tie-in

The panel reflects your WHMCS subscription status. Suspended services cannot use bot features until billing is current.
