Access & SSH

Virtual Servers — Access & SSH

Connect to your VDS using SSH with the credentials from your welcome email.

SSH connection

ssh root@YOUR_SERVER_IP

Replace YOUR_SERVER_IP with the address shown in the client area or welcome email.

On first login you may be prompted to accept the host key fingerprint — type yes to continue.

Password vs SSH key

  • Password — included in the welcome email; change it after first login with passwd.
  • SSH key — if you submitted a public key at checkout, password login may be disabled. Use the matching private key:
ssh -i ~/.ssh/your_key root@YOUR_SERVER_IP

Virtualizor panel

From your service in the client area, use the panel link to:

  • Start / Stop / Reboot the VPS
  • Open VNC console if SSH is unreachable
  • Reinstall the operating system (destroys data on the disk)

Security tips

  • Disable root password login once SSH keys are working
  • Use ufw or iptables to restrict open ports
  • Keep the system updated regularly
  • Do not share root credentials

Cannot connect?

See Troubleshooting or open a ticket with your service ID and the exact SSH error message.
